Rick Herman, owner of Traditional Custom Builders, is proudly celebrating 13 years of home building and renovation services in the Dayton area.

A lifetime resident of the Dayton area, Rick is a graduate of the University of Dayton and currently lives in Springboro. Rick has earned his reputation over the years by being a hands-on builder and renovator. He has personal experience with every step in the home-building process. Whether planning and budgeting, clearing a lot, pouring the foundation, putting up framework, installing plumbing or finish work, Rick has done it all. Being an on-site builder, he oversees every aspect of the homes he builds. Rick prides himself in the quality, not the quantity, of homes built in a year.
